GISE 2023

From digital signage to the slide center; from the podium for presentation management to broadcasting in the rooms; from remote connections to recordings for each room and session: this is how the Meetbit Software Suite supported the entire event.

1. SLIDE CENTER
   The software was used for managing presentations (750 in total), remote speakers, and live streaming projections. Its all-in-one functions were made possible thanks to the Slidebit Pro Software, in its latest 2023 release, combining hybrid features with advanced projection functions.

2. PODIO PRO
PPM management for the plenary room with simultaneous translation service + 9 Rooms with Podio Pro Software. The PRO version was adopted to have complete management of broadcasting additional signals in addition to the native recording of each room. The best technical/economic choice for managing every type of integrated signal.

3. APP EVENT TOOL
A custom app (compatible with iOS and Android) was developed for the event with real-time updated content: a navigable congress program, polling, E-posters, and push notifications. The app garnered a large number of downloads for a total of 725 devices (475 iOS and 250 Android).

4. EPOSTER
A paperless solution with the installation of touch-enabled monitors for navigation and searching for any type of file through an intuitive search engine, totaling over 800 views between the app and on-site stations.

5. INFODISPLAY
Informational stations for real-time content display (room and session planning).

Onsite assistance with 22 technicians and IT experts ensured the perfect execution of an event as complex as it was stimulating.
