ESH 2023

The 32nd ESH Annual Meeting 2023 was held in Milan from June 23rd to 26th, at the Allianz MiCo exhibition center. A must-attend event for researchers, medical specialists and General Practitioners from all over Europe, but also from North, Central and South America, Asia and Australia.

A hybrid event organized by the European Society of Hypertension that focuses on all the scientific, diagnostic and therapeutic innovations achieved through theoretical and practical studies on hypertension and other related cardiovascular and metabolic disorders.

Conferences, panel discussions and debates on topics of great clinical interest alternated with in-depth sessions and meetings with luminaries in the field. With one goal: keep attention high and increase interaction with the online and live audience.

A lead role was played by our latest release of the Meetbit Software Suite, chosen by AIM Group International Italy Headquarters for the automated management of the entire event starting from accesses control and going from the management of presentations at the Slide Center to the airing in the meeting rooms. Without excluding live streaming and on demand services, also allowing remote interaction.

ACCREDITATION SYSTEM
Personal badge collection independently, via printing from digital totem and subsequent barcode scanning at the entrance. Real-time access statistics and management of new last-minute guests.

EPOSTER
Paperless solution with touch monitor installation enabled to navigate and search any type of file via intuitive research engine.

SLIDE CENTER
used for managing presentations, remote speakers and projections with live streaming. All-in-one functions made possible by our Slidebit Pro Software, Release 2023, which combines hybrid functions with advanced projection features.

INFODISPLAY
Information stations for displaying real time updated content (rooms and sessions planning).

APP event tool
APP with real-time updated content through the Software integration: navigable congress program, polling, dual language (English/Chinese) live streaming of sponsored symposium, E-poster and push notifications.

The Software Suite emerged as an indispensable tool for automated event management. It ensured the continuous updating of the program, its proper execution, its dissemination, and the active involvement of its audience.
