SURFABLE PROGRAMME

With the event tool APP it is possible to consult the event programme, where one can browse choosing the time/day, room and topic tracks. Users can jot down the lectures or sessions they like and add them to the calendar function linked to the programme or directly to their device calendar. A speaker’s list with photos of the speakers is also available on the app.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Push notifications on the APP communicate any changes and updates to the schedule in real time. A real communication and promotion tool: it updates participants on work in progress or on various initiatives taking place during the event by sending messages. Notifications can be managed independently by the user to address specific targets or categories of users.

ELECTRONIC BADGE

Via an email, with a secure link, the participant’s APP receives a QR Code which, when shown to the reader at the Self Badge Printing Totem, allows the badge to be printed without queuing for accreditation.

SOCIAL AREA

This feature increases user participation and boosts overall visibility. The social area allows participants to take and upload their event photos via APP, which are then filtered according to their chosen policy, by participants directly on APP.
