Unioncamere national conference

‘Designing the future with boldness’ was the title of the National Conference of Chambers of Commerce held on 24 and 25 March 2023 in the Auditorium of the Florence Chamber of Commerce.

An institutional event that involved the top management of Unioncamere and was attended by representatives of the government, the trade associations and the chamber system. The President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, also spoke at the conference, acknowledging the work done by the Chambers of Commerce and stating, ‘You are fully committed to the challenge of our country’s growth.

The event was divided into four round tables on the topics of ‘Digital and sustainability: the frontiers of innovation for businesses and PA’, ‘Business and labour: putting people at the core’, ‘The Italian economy and the international scenario’ and ‘Modernisation of the country and PNRR’, with an important focus on young companies under 35 that should, for the future of our country, be helped and backed.

The conference required major IT support, the Tecnoconference team took care of the AVL services for the Auditorium hall as well as for the attached Sala Borsa and the three small rooms used as press rooms.

For the Auditorium a video service with multi-projections, three-camera directing and accurate broadcasting. Installed ledwalls with line array amplification and a lighting system designed specifically for the event, with silhouettes for the stage and, for a backlight effect on the guests, led bars placed at the bottom of the set.

Streaming and broadcasting of video content, such as films and presentations, to support the various conference speakers was also managed.

Various unexpected requests were also successfully managed, including an important remote connection with the Mayor of Florence Dario Nardella from the United States.
