FLORENCE
Florence Headquarters
Florence is the headquarters of Tecnoconference | TC Group. An area that covers 2000sqm of land with an impressive warehouse, offices and a greenscreen laying studio of over 100sqm.
We offer all kinds of audio, video and lighting services for events in Florence and throughout central Italy, with a warehouse of about 600sqm, equipment of the best brands and immediate availability of material and highly qualified personnel.
In the Florence hub we also find the offices of Meetbit, the group’s in-house software house, consisting of a team of programmers capable of developing management software and IT services for in-person, virtual and hybrid events in Florence and throughout the country and internationally, including on a global scale.
And since 2024, the venue has also been home to TC Group’s newest addition: WH Factory, a company specializing in computerized accreditation, access control and attendance monitoring services for all types of events.
The venue is equipped with a large loading and unloading area that facilitates the management of materials and provides free parking for clients. Set in a highly qualified industrial context, the headquarters is located in a strategic position in the city, just a few kilometers from the Florence Peretola airport and the Florence Rifredi train station. It can be reached by car (with free parking), on foot by public transport and by bicycle thanks to the city’s network of bicycle paths.
ROME
Rome Headquarters
For a natural expansion throughout southern Italy, Tecnoconference | TC Group establishes itself with an initial warehouse in Rome as well. A reality that will expand in 2022 with the acquisition of a new location dedicated exclusively to the corporate sector.
The Southern Italy area can count on 800sqm of warehouse with high-end audio, video and lighting materials. A large area in front of the locations allows easy loading and unloading of materials.
Both warehouses enjoy a strategic location in the capital, accessible from the highway network, GRA, airport and railway station.
MILAN
Milan Headquarters
Covering the entire area of northern Italy is a 1,000-square-meter warehouse in Settimo Milanese, in the metropolitan city of Milan, with a renovated and expanded stock of materials for excellent audio, video and lighting services.
The large area in front of the warehouse facilitates the loading and unloading of materials, which also enjoy a strategic location, just outside the Milan metropolitan area, easily accessible from the most important national arteries and just a few kilometers from the metropolitan station.Milan headquarters
