On November 5, 2022, Bientina hosted the inauguration of the new headquarters of Vibrotech, a leading company in the Italian and international market of feeding and orientations systems, now part of the Gruppo Marchesini. An important corporate event aimed at celebrating the company’s history and the presentation of future projects.

As a technology and creative partner, we have developed an event with original and engaging content. We took care of the direction, the audio and video, the lighting technology and all installations with stage, podium and customized ledwall. Not least the documentation of the event, with aerial drone footage and video summary production, published on the client Youtube channel [guarda il report video dell’evento].

An event that saw an important phase of pre-production, customer listening, planning, development and post-production.

The visual component played a key role throughout the Vibrotech event. The company wanted to tell its history and we did it through the images: a suggestive emotional video in motion graphic and shot from life, projected on a 3 ledwall walls in sync. On the screen, the aerial views of the new headquarters alternate with historical images of the territory; interior and macro shots on the machines running. To guide us in their story a series of keywords, which lead us to the discovery of this important entrepreneurial reality of the Marchesini Group. A video that amazes, astounds and will not forget.

The filming, those aerial drone in particular, were made by our Video Production Unit and were used for several aspects, even post event: social contents and insights on the newsletter and website.

A work carried out with extreme professionalism, with surprising results thanks to the close synergy with the customer and the extreme attention to detail.

The location study allowed us to develop a truly unique project. We let the real stars remain the feeding and orientation systems that have framed the guests and the stage with customized ledwall.

The extended area of about 1000sqm has been wisely illuminated and equipped with excellent audio and video systems thanks to specialized technicians, ensuring assistance before and after the event.

To top it all, monitors for the more than 30 work benches all around the room, with loop video showing to guests the machines in operation. A simple idea to make, but with a strong scenic impact and a significant budget reduction.
