A technologically advanced support system that simplified and standardized the management of various types of speakers (remote, on-site, prerecorded) and sessions (on-site and/or streaming).

A modular system customized to the congress’s needs, including advanced features for each room, according to specific requirements:

• Advanced projection functions, including integrated video recordings with projection software featuring 3 different layouts for each room (projection, courtesy monitor and streaming)
• E-lectern at the podium with customized graphics to increase speaker visibility in large rooms
• Slide center with collection stations distributed throughout the various structures of the congress center
• On-site and remote assistance from 28 IT technicians with in-depth knowledge of the English language
• Multilingual simultaneous translation in all rooms
• Pre-event speeches collection

Event design curated and managed by Key Account Manager Alberto Boccanelli and Ilaria Fredducci. Project manager Jacopo Bellucci and IT Backoffice Chiara Francalanci. On-site assistance provided by 28 technicians and IT experts ensuring the smooth execution of a complex “frictionless” event, considering the size of the venue and the complexity of advanced IT services integrated with third-party services.
