Tecnoconference took full responsibility for the technical and organisational infrastructure, ensuring smooth and integrated coordination by deploying a team of 15 specialist technicians who could guarantee operational continuity and rapid intervention at every stage of the event.

Particular attention was paid to the international dimension of the initiative through the use of an NG Bosch simultaneous translation system. The result was an integrated, centralised technical system capable of supporting the organisational complexity of the Forum, ensuring reliability, aesthetic consistency, and high-quality execution.

The event’s complexity lay in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and in a coordinated manner. Five operating rooms, high-level speakers and an international audience required precise organisation and great attention to detail. Effective communication is essential in a bilateral meeting such as this, and simultaneous translation and content dissemination were crucial to ensuring clarity and understanding for both those present and those participating online.
