So says Mediolanum Sales Director Stefano Volpato. And we, with the same spirit, prepared this event.

Among our flagship services, the LED wall represented one of the most strategic and innovative technological assets of the entire project.

Not just a simple display surface, but a true narrative infrastructure capable of giving shape to content, matching the rhythm of the event, and enhancing every speech on stage. The LED system transformed data, messages, and institutional moments into an engaging and high-impact visual experience, combining digital scenography, automation, and advanced content management.

Its modular and dynamic configuration allowed the stage space to be continuously adapted to the different needs of the convention, helping to create an immersive environment where technology and communication operated in perfect synergy.

• Modular LED scenography: 300 individual LED tiles were installed, configured to create fractional and geometric video walls with ultra-high resolution
• Content management: real-time control of graphics and video flows was entrusted to D3 Media Servers (Disguise), ensuring perfect synchronization of visual assets on complex mapping
• Dynamism: integration of the Kinesys system; computerized motors allowed the individual LED tiles to be moved during the convention, continuously transforming the stage geometry.

Accanto alla scenografia LED, TC Group ha curato la gestione completa dei servizi audio, video, luci e regia, coordinando l’intero impianto tecnico in un contesto internazionale complesso come quello del CCIB di Barcellona.

The success of the event was made possible thanks to continuous collaboration with the local technical team and a shared operational approach based on complementary skills and common goals. This integration ensured consistency between the various technological components and executive continuity throughout all phases of the event.

Leading the activities were three Project Managers, including Chicco Leo — one of the representatives of our Milan Unit — who says:

Facing a challenge of this magnitude right from our first major event allowed us to deploy skills, method, and team spirit. The result achieved and the enthusiasm gathered on the ground confirm the value of the work done and give us further energy for future projects.”

Also at the venue were a Producer and a team of over 32 specialized technicians — audio, video, lighting, and direction — responsible for operational management and the full functionality of the system at every stage.

A compact and well-defined organizational machine that allowed for precise oversight of all project steps: from installation to system configuration, through to technical rehearsals and live event management.

The experience gained in the international event sector and the ability to interface effectively with local partners ensured high standards of reliability and quality, contributing to the full success of the convention.

The complexity of the project was transformed into a fluid, coherent experience fully aligned with the event’s communication goals, ensuring maximum effectiveness in content delivery and high perceived quality by the participants.

The synergy between scenography, content, and technical direction made it possible to eliminate any gap between the stage and the audience, making technology an invisible but decisive element in enhancing the message.

At the end of the event, the client’s feedback confirmed the solidity of the technical and organizational setup and the effectiveness of the work performed. We return from Barcelona with a new, precious shared experience and the awareness of having contributed to a large-scale and ambitious project that naturally paves the way for future evolutions. In this sense, it is not a finish line, but a further step in a journey of continuous growth.
