How to innovate in online and onsite training

26/11/2019,

Success story of NATA and Tecnoconference partnership

Since 2016 we have provided NATA, (Network for the Advancement of Patient Blood Management, Haemostasis and Thrombosis), tools for distance learning, as well as the design and technical implementation of symposia with innovative and high-performance technologies.

Full service event technology

From Florence to Dublin, from Lisbon to Berlin (Maritim proArte Hotel) we supported the medical scientific society in events organized throughout Europe.

We have implemented the most modern A / V technologies and IT solutions to prepare the venue and simplify the symposium sessions. From e-poster workstations to presentation management and recording software; without forgetting the update of the NATA institutional app, with all the useful info for the participants and the new functions to improve the interaction and involvement of the various protagonists of the event.

"Over 600 delegates from around 40 countries at the 20th Annual Simposyum 2019 from 4 to 5 April in the beautiful Maritim proArte Hotel in Berlin."

From congress to e-learning with the LMS platform

With our proprietary e-learning platform, created ad hoc (according to the European directives UEMS-EACCME®), NATA has emerged in medical distance education, for four consecutive years.

The recordings of the conference proceedings of each symposium were immediately converted into FAD ECM courses, reducing the production costs of the teaching material.

Engaging webinars with virtual backgrounds

Taking advantage of the potential of the Green Screen, NATA experts held a Webinar course within the TC Lab (our recording studio in Florence), interacting with virtual objects and backdrops in real time.

During the broadcast the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the teachers directly, with instant messaging tools. During the webinar two professors from Canada and France attended with remote connection.

The webinar was then added to the educational offer on the NATA e-learning platform, for on-demand access.
